ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. was founded in 2011 by Dennis Ayzin, its current President and CEO. Mr. Ayzin initiated the development of the ERP platform Swift in 1997 with the aim of providing access to professional contractors using the growing popularity of online solutions. As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Ayzin joined a small language service provider (LSP) in early 2001 and redirected the platform's development towards the interpreting industry. Over the next decade, the platform fueled the LSP's growth.

Recognizing the scarcity of professional tools in the market, ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. was established in June 2011 with a singular objective: to develop and support the platform named ScheduleInterpreter.

In 2017, anticipating the platform's popularity, ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. became the first and only 100% cloud-based SaaS provider, offering its solution on a monthly subscription basis. To assist enterprises, non-profit organizations, government entities, and educational institutions in better managing their linguists, a mobile application called On the Spot! was developed. It offers interpreters simple and effective solutions to manage their schedules and complete assignments.

In late 2023, ScheduleInterpreter.com, Inc. embarked on developing Flow, the next-generation management platform, incorporating decades of expertise and feedback from thousands of subscribers. The new platform prioritizes high levels of flexibility and adaptability. Its new tools and options embody the vision of a platform without boundaries, adaptable to any environment. Mr. Ayzin, along with a team of dedicated experts and developers, continues to lead the development and expansion of the platform.
